They circled around the house, blocking off all exits, carrying on them what sounded like guns, two wielded daggers, it was clear from the sound the blades made when twirled around their fingers.

"Danger? What the hell are you…"

She was going to expose herself with all that loud noise, a risk that I wasn't keen on taking, considering I just came out of a shootout barely two days ago.

My feet circled over to her and lead her body against her closet's doors, shushing her with my palm draped over her mouth. She widened her eyes and released muffled groans of protest, struggling against me.

"Be quiet for a minute and listen, someone's coming." I said quietly, but Valerie couldn't give two shits about that, she was angry I had stormed into her home, seen her tits, and was on the verge of nearly losing her shit.
