The torches were not an effective source of light. Even if there were many of them, it was not enough to completely illuminate the dark tunnel. Whatever flaws Overlord had it can't be denied that Overlord is possibly the magic system by the fact that it had spells for every circumstance from summoning both angels and demons and in between both, to spells that could eradicate planets to spells that could create continents. from the instant kill of a person to killing whole species. From a simple revival to reviving the population of the whole continent. And it's not just an end revival as you legitly create life.
So it's a big fact that it is the best world when it comes to magic and I should try to adapt every spell I saw or read in my past life.
Or maybe even travel there after all if this exists why shouldn't everything I ever read?
After all even this world technology is pretty high if you count the year it's just weapons are no match against high-rank monsters and Hunters even a nuke won't do anything against a S-Rank monster, as if they are naturally immune to it.
That's this world, tech didn't become like Cyberpunk Edgerunners and natural beauty still lingers in every corner of the world.
'Wait, could I turn someone like Lucyna Kushinada or even better Cyborg into a Shadow Soldier, if so could he have all the weapons/powers he had when he is alive, and where the line lays,
Could I turn someone Like Ultron, Vision, T-800, or 2B, into Shadow Soldier after all three machines are pretty much alive?
If so then again Where is the line drawn? And it could be done, especially for someone like Ultron who is not one but every Ultron bot is an Ultron.
And if it's possible then what does it mean to be alive with a machine like can I turn someone like Sentinel, (X-Man) into Shadow Soldier after all they are technically not alive they are just programmed to hunt mutants.
If I can't do that then can I just pick a human brain, or copy his consciousness fit /install in a Sentinel then will I be able to turn them into Shadow Soldiers?
If not then can if cyborg or any other people with technological implants could keep their power can I modify humans impacting them with tech and then turning them into Shadow Soldiers like creating Chimera?
If so then how much I could replace before they aren't able to become Shadow Soldiers?
If so then what is the meaning of life or souls, or being alive?
If it's not possible that technology won't come then what about hybrids, I am aware they don't live for long but I also need for them to live long once it's complete kill them and make Shadow Soldiers.
And can the same rules be applied to Golems, yes most of them follow simple commands and can do no more than that, but there are few golems that are alive.
Like Golem Keter Malkuth from Fate, he is a golem who is pretty much alive. And I am sure there are few others out there, it's just I never read about them.
Even though I could see clearly I still like to have my own source so I created a fireball above my hand. The way forward became slightly brighter.

No, it shouldn't work as I am sure Shadow Army could only have powers that they had before they were alive.
So modifying the dead won't affect them or give them power. And because I had to kill every enemy for the class quest to begin and then again kill all the weaves of armor that will come for me to get the best rewards.
Which meant I can't just subdue one and then do the experiment outside.
Well, now I don't have any option rather than hoping I would find creatures like this for my experiments later.
