Those who had extremely low Life Energy had extremely weak souls and although the case was rare, such people usually lived very short lives and were far more vulnerable to natural illnesses and other problems.

The soul was capable of releasing Life Energy from the body to result in the creation of Spirits and Evil Spirits while it also made it possible for humans to become Balancers and possess unique abilities.

The soul within the body brought forth many miracles that manifested from humans and the soul would usually take on the form of what it remembered most and was most familiar with.

The container that was the body was what it had always resided in and the self that came from the soul of the person who possessed it would take on a form that they were most familiar with.

Even as they died, the form they would remember most would not be the form they were in their final moments but the form they had taken on for a long time.
