Chapitre 34: Dear regret

After Grey's death, life would go on. it's shocking that the world would keep spinning, it won't stop, and that somehow scares me. He meant the world to me, but he means little to nothing to the world.

I felt this way for the few short minutes I was allowed to hold on to the fleeting dream of the time we spent together, until it was no longer mine yet again. I finally understood what people meant when they said "Be careful what you wish for,"

I learned that though wishes may be beautiful, they can be cruel when they meet an indecisive mind. Especially a mind plagued by a monster hellbent on ruining you.

Now all I have left is a mountain of regrets. I never got to tell you that I kept all the letters you sent me under my bed, you probably would've made fun of me so maybe that's for the best. But I really wish you knew that I never truly let you go.
