Chapitre 162: Tossing Cash His Way

Alicia gave out her phone number.

They hopped into their rental car, using a local number. Robert, however, jumped into an old, black Grand Cherokee that was parked close by.

They drove for about forty minutes until they reached a hotel.

The bodyguards parked the car and Alicia stepped out, just in time to see Robert there too.

Walking into the hotel with her bodyguards, Alicia was followed by Robert. They used the elevator to get to their pre-booked room, unlocking it with their key card. At that moment, Robert showed up and unlocked the room next to theirs using his own key card. It seemed too coincidental, almost like it had been arranged.

Alicia wasn't too fond of tomb raiders and she felt a bit uneasy. She asked her bodyguards, "Could you guys take turns watching the door tonight? Don't leave, okay?"

Robert heard her request. His face became serious but he didn't say anything. He opened his door and called out, "Haley, come out here."
