Chapitre 312: MESSAGE OF APPRECIATION

Lucas was in a carriage going to see the injured soldiers at the infirmary that was built for Apollo. All he thought about was Magdalene. Her pale body, her cold skin, the fear in her voice when she spoke, her nightmares. It was a week since the incident and he watched the only woman he loved fall. He's been researching and trying to find help. She wouldn't die and he'll make sure of it, if she didn't give up on, then he would never give up on her.

As he got there he was welcomed in by the young human boy called Phillip. The little boy looked very scared of him. He bowed to Lucas as he entered.

He went to the room where a lot of soldiers lay on their bed groaning in pains or either sleeping as the physicians attended to them.

"Milord!" Apollo hurriedly walked over to him and bowed.

"Continue with your work. I just came to see the condition of the soldiers and people" Lucas said.
