Chapitre 246: THE CONVERSATION WITH THEODORA

Magdalene and Theodora started off in total silence. One was studying the other, and the other was probably too embarrassed to start a conversation.

"So Theodora what brought you here in euphoria?" Magdalene asked breaking the silence.

"Well, to expand the family's trade, and papa hopes that I find a suitable suitor too" She replied.

"Interesting" Magdalene replied.

"How long have you Known the Lord?" Theodora asked. As Magdalene thought about it, it probably was almost a year. How time flies she thought. Soon she'll be twenty, and it was considered as late for marriage in this time of the world. Girls married as early as sixteen or even fifteen in some cases.

"For many months now" Magdalene Replied.
