Chapitre 39: ELOPING

"My princess, do you know what the king would do to you if she was to find out you're pregnant before marriage, it is a sacrilege." Monica yelled.

"I know, that's why you have to help me" Princess Hellen said, after much argument and disagreement the servant girl decided to help her. They both exchanged dresses. She wore the clothes of the servant while the girl wore that of the princess before pretending to lie on the bed. Hellen opened the door and walked out with a veil covering half of her face.

"The princess has gone to bed and will need no disturbance till dawn" She said feigning the voice of the servant girl.

The guards looked at her for few seconds before letting her go. She breathed out a small sigh of relief before leaving. She walked through the corridors with her heads down as she head to the palace gate.
