Two months. That was all the time they were giving me before people wanted to start visiting me here in the underworld. Then again, they likely thought that these two months had equated to several months for me. None of them knew, yet that time had balanced out. And that we were all now moving on an equal clock.

Lex and I were sitting at the breakfast table one morning when Acacius came pounding on the door. None of them had met my family or friends, so they were quite terrified and frightened when strangers showed up out of the blue.

"Goddess Talia." Acacius' fist thundered against the door. "Goddess Talia, there are strangers here. In the main hall. Mortals from the other realm. Please, come quick." Throughout his explosion of words, he never stopped pounding his fist against the door.
