Around a quarter past 10:00 am, Fernando and I finally found ourselves in a cafe, to be precise, in the white VVIP room that specifically serves Japanese food. We met Mr. Johanes who is a property entrepreneur who will build a residence so this is a golden opportunity for me to convince him to use ceramic products from our company in the project.
I sat on the white couch with Fernando while Mr. Johannes sat with his assistant, Isabella, who was a girl with blonde hair and wearing a black suit.
"This is an overview of our project so far," Isabella said as she placed her laptop on the table. She showed a picture of houses built in a row of the same size, but some are bigger. I looked at each picture and thought that maybe each house would have a different price according to quality.
