Lux spent the next half an hour patiently explaining to Khione his reasons for trying to learn so much about the soul.

He started off by telling her about his Uncrowned King Ability and the connection he thought it had with his soul.

Though, even this small piece of information was enough to astonish Khione, she looked at Lux as if he was a monster.

It felt like she only began to truly know him and discover his secrets. She always wondered how could he, as a simple human without a legacy or special background, reach such heights in such a short time?

But now? Everything started to make sense.

'He told me about the Lighten blood that is flowing down his veins, but... Even so, it shouldn't be broken to such an extent.'
