" Half ear, I can sense how dangerous it is. It's better to run " Galen hinted again loudly, still wondering why the kid had not got out from the hiding place. Every kid should be scared of beasts right? Or was this child born in the year of tigers? He couldn't possibly remain so calm after hearing of a beast around.
Beside Galen, Malcolm drew out his sword.
" Mercenaries don't run from battles, I've killed quite some fierce beast, I'd like to see how scary this one is."
From his words, the rest drew out their swords as well.
Galen: "....."
Then just instantly a small growling sound came out from the bushes, startling everyone. It resounded again, this time rendering everyone speechless.
What the heck?
Is it possible the beast probably had a sore throat?
The growl sounded like a low, guttural mummur. It wasn't scary at all. Did Galen sense right?
