Chapitre 87: Killing the hell monster

Outside an inn in Lake City, two shadows are cast by the light of two oil lamps. One shadow elongates into a human shape, while the other takes the form of a grotesque monster.

"Alexander, are you still waiting for the city lord meeting to convene? Unfortunately, you might not attend the city lord meeting anymore, because you surely didn't expect me to come to Lake City to find you, did you?" 

Clark looks at the inn, a sinister grin on his face. Beside him stands a monster that seems to have crawled out of hell.

Two Lake City guards notice them and loudly ask, "Who are you? Who are you looking for?" 

Clark doesn't answer. 

The guards exchange a glance and approach. The monster beside Clark lets out a low growl.

"Hungry? Don't worry, everyone here will be your meal today," Clark says, his eyes cold.

The guards are about to interrogate Clark when they notice the monster. They scream and turn to run.
