"Are we a couple?" asked David surprisingly.
Gustav did not answer immediately. He remembered his last conversation with his father. He remembered his deal with him. Why did he agree to his father's proposal? Because of it, he was now unable to answer as quickly as he had wished. Nor as honestly.
"I want this," he said and touched David's hair. That's all the honesty he could muster now. "And I think I'm ready for it. And do you want it? If you're not convinced..."
"I'm not," David admitted honestly. "I like you more than I expected. I like being in bed with you and having sex. But we're both guys, that's why..."
And it doesn't actually end. Did I scare you guys?
Since important events are happening in my life right now, I have to put aside the adventures of our heroes for a while. I know you may feel some discomfort, because there is one very important thread that I just opened (yes, the deal between Gustav and his father). Actually, its closure was supposed to close the first volume, but due to lack of time, I can't write those chapters at the moment.
The book will take about 10-14 days off. Please keep your fingers crossed for me that my important events will resolve successfully and that I will be able to calmly return to our characters and the important events awaiting them. Once I have these next few days behind me, I plan to write many more chapters of the story, because as Gustav said, their relationship is just beginning.
