Chapitre 31: Are You Asking This Favor From Theodore, Or Me?

Nidia decided that since they were schoolmates and old friends, she should treat Theodore to a meal as thanks. This way, she would be able to distance herself from him.

As her stomach continued to rumble, Nidia opened the fridge and rummaged through it. To her dismay, the large fridge only had a few cans of beer and a few bottles of mineral water.

Nothing else was in there.

Nidia rummaged through the cabinets and realized that they were very clean as well. The cutlery looked as good as new.

Nidia didn't give up. Soon, she found a pack of noodles in one of the cabinets.

There weren't any seasoning packets. It was just a pack of shriveled-up noodles.

Nidia checked the expiration date and realized that it was still edible. Due to hunger, she washed up a pot and boiled some water, hoping to fill her stomach with the noodles.
