Everyone returned to the capital after the harrowing escape from the demonic base. The atmosphere was tense but filled with a sense of relief. As they approached the gates, Magnus turned to the group, his expression serious yet calm.

"Everyone, head to the Royal Castle and report what has happened. My grandson and I will meet with my friend who rescued the other group of children and bring them back soon."

Selene stepped forward, her worry for her son and nephew evident in her eyes. "Lord Magnus, please tell me as soon as your meeting is over. I need to know that Aiden and Miya are safe."

Magnus offered her a reassuring smile. "You have my word, girl. I'll let Samiel take them to you. You should head to the Royal Castle with Samiel's maid."

Selene hesitated for a moment but then nodded, stepping back to join the others. "Thank you, Lord Magnus."

"Samiel," Magnus turned to Samiel. "Let's go."
