"Alistair Han finally made a move," Gavin warned his best friend. 

Gavin expected that Lennox and Alistair were bound to clash, but he hadn't expected Adrienne to be the catalyst. When Lennox and Adrienne's relationship was made public, it was bound to get a reaction from Alistair Han. 

"I know," Lennox said, staring outside the massive windows of his office with a thoughtful expression. "Addie and I already expected this to happen. He's forcing her father to make Addie marry him and break us apart." 

Gavin hummed in understanding. He knew Lennox wouldn't sit by and do nothing while others threatened his marriage to Adrienne. He looked at Lennox, seeing how he'd changed over the years since they met Adrienne Jiang. 

He looked dashing in his tailored suit, his face cleanly shaven, his hair slicked back with just a touch of gel, and his eyes as dark as midnight.
