Chapitre 246: Carmina's Guide to Speed-Running Castle Vlad, Part 1

'Step. Step. Step.'

"This is where we met the last time," Carmina realized. 

The Lady of the Night Circus stepped through the arch entrance of the spiral staircase and into the massive crypt that hid the secret passage leading into Castle Vlad with less fanfare than the previous redo's stunning entrance. At the very least, the impressionable teenage boy who'd been both fearful and in awe of her was nowhere to be found. 

"Yes." I tapped my foot against the stone floor. "We met right here." 

"Is this where she gave you her kiss, Will?" Liara asked in a sarcastic tone. 

I glanced sideways at the she-elf who still looked like my Liara but also gave off the vibe of a total stranger.
