Naruto was surprised and said "Minato-sensei? Oh… you were my dad's student, I should have guessed seeing a white haired kid in that picture with him and three kids. Your hair is not exactly common"
"That's right. Is it alright to use sensei's money like that? Will you be okay?" Kakashi asked in concern
"It'll be fine. I only spent like 200,000 ryo. It's not even 1% of Dad's money."
Kakashi's eyes widened in shock "You spent 200,000 ryo and it's not even 1%? How much money did sensei leave you with?"
"About 100,000,000 ryo. And it doesn't even include dad's other assets." Naruto smirked
Kakashi was dumbfounded by his teacher's hidden wealth. "I never knew Minato-sensei was that rich but… it makes sense considering the number of [A-Rank] and [S-Rank] missions he went through before he became Hokage."
Naruto chuckled and replied "Yup! It's obvious for him to be rich."
Kakashi just nodded
Tazuna, confused, asked "What do you mean you fed the whole country?"
Naruto chuckled in reply and brought out a scroll "Like I said, I literally fed the whole country, this scroll contains 2 sacks of rice and 60 kg of meat."
Tazuna, shocked, said "What?"
Naruto sighed and said "Stop being shocked, I already said it yesterday and explained to Kakashi-sensei, just now."
Tazuna got a hold of himself and replied "Alright, Let's go to the bridge now."
Inari asked excitedly "Can I go too?"
Tazuna replied as he carried Inari "Of course, you can but you can only watch from the side okay? I don't want you to get hurt?"
Inari happily complied "Of course! I'll just watch!"

They reached the town.
"Good morning, Naruto-san."
"Good morning, Young man."
"Good morning, Niichan!"
"Good morning, Young master." Kirio and the others said hello as they saw Naruto walking in the town.
Naruto smiled and waved his hand "Good morning, everyone."
Tazuna looked at Naruto with a complicated look and said "You were telling the truth?"
Naruto replied with a dissatisfied look "Of course, I was telling the truth, why would I lie?" He brought out the scroll and passed it to Kirio "Here's today's ingredients, Kirio."
"I got it! Young master!" Kirio received the scroll happily
"And here's your pay." Naruto reached for his pocket while Kirio shaked his head "You don't have to pay me, young master. I can't ever repay what you're doing for the country so you don't need to pay me, It's the least I could do."
Naruto shaked his head in disagreement and replied "It's only natural that I pay you for the work you do, I hired you, it's not good if I don't pay you for your hard work and equipments."
Kirio reluctantly received the money and nodded "Yes... Young master."
Naruto looked at the workers from yesterday and asked with a smile "Are you guys willing to be hired today as well?"
The workers replied happily, "Of course, young master."
Naruto nodded and gave them their salary which they replied thankfully "Thank you for giving us jobs today as well, young master."
Naruto weaved hand seals [Ninja Art: Multiple Shadow Clones] and created 1 Chuunin clone and 9 Genin clones and instructed "You guys protect them, release a clone if you can't handle the situation."
The clones nodded and went towards their duty of maintaining peace during the time they gave out food.
...
On the bridge...
"Good morning, Tazuna-san." One of the workers greeted and the rest greeted in their turn as well.
Tazuna replied "Umu... Let's work hard today, so we can finish it in time next month."
Naruto simply observed from the side as he heard Inari say "Naruto-niichan! Let's continue the story we're talking about last night!"
Naruto stared at Kakashi to get permission in which Kakashi replied with a nod "You can go, just show up when there are enemies, it's experience for you in battle."
Naruto nodded and sat to the side with Inari. "The story we were talking about yesterday was the hero that died and got reincar..."
Naruto and Inari went on their story telling session which Tazuna saw and smiled at before continuing to work.
3 days later...
"Good work for the last 3 days, Naruto. You can take a rest day, and have Sasuke and Sakura take over guard duties." Kakashi said
Naruto nodded "Alright! I have something to do today, so I'll be going first."
Sasuke and Sakura nodded in reply following Kakashi's arrangement.
Naruto went ahead to go outside of the house and went towards the cliff once again. and created 2 Jounin Clones that had 1/4 of his total chakra capacity, each. He instructed as he passed an empty [Generic Fuinjutsu] "For today, steal 10% of Gatou's wealth without him noticing even if he checked. Kill anyone who notices you and dispatch his body without a trace."
The clones nodded in reply and went towards the treasury room of Gatou.
They found that it was locked but Naruto learned picklocking skills from someone in the village so he easily opened the room.
"That was too easy." One of the Naruto clones said
"Well, yeah... Let's finish this fast. although Gatou's wealth was much more exaggerated than expected. I thought it'd be about dad's liquid assets but this is about 10 times as much as I imagined and he put it in one place."
One of Naruto's clones absorbed 10% of the top of Gatou's wealth, not really noticeable unless someone checks it and looks really closely.
"It's done." one of the clones said and signalled to the other clone.
"The clones nodded against each other and disappeared from the spot at the same time as the other clone disappeared from the room.
10 minutes later…
Naruto looked at them in surprise. "That was fast."
One of the clones sighed and said "It was too easy, there really wasn't any ninja besides Zabuza and his subordinate. They clearly aren't staying in the same place as Gatou. Why didn't you just let us kill them all and liberate the people of the country?"
Naruto chuckled "I have to set a perfect stage to kill them all in one go in the presence of the citizens so they will hail me as a hero, I told Inari I'll show him a hero with strength so I can't very well kill them all without Inari or audience no?"
One of the clones responded scratching his head "Well… I guess so." then reached for his ninja pocket "Here's the 10% of the wealth of Gatou. It's about 100,000,000 Ryo in cash and gold. Any other missions?"
Naruto looked at the clone with a dumbfounded look "How much is the 10%? 100,000,000 Ryo???"
"Yeah, it seems like he profited a lot from his illegal business. I'll show you the details of the treasury room." The clone turned into smoke and Naruto got all the details and chuckled "It looks like I'll have quite a bit of pocket money when I clean the treasury room of Gatou."
Naruto then instructed the clone that was left as he released 1,000,000 ryo from the [Generic Fuinjutsu] that stored the stolen money. "Go to Konoha, purchase equal parts of rice and meat with this money."
The clone nodded and stored the money in a [Generic Fuinjutsu] that Naruto gave with the money.
"I will see you in 2 days." Naruto said with a smile
The clone nodded with a smirk then disappeared from the spot heading towards Konoha.
As the clone disappeared Naruto's attention went to the country, he didn't have anything to do the meantime so he studied [Flying Thunder God Jutsu]
'The Flying Thunder God Jutsu is a jutsu that marks anything with a personal seal developed by the user, and the mark would serve as a point where the user can sense, no matter where he is in the world as long as it's made by him. While using the Flying Thunder God Jutsu, the user would teleport to an independent space that the user would use every time he uses the jutsu to teleport to the other mark that's connected. It's like a person will go inside the [Generic Fuinjutsu] and come out to the other.' Naruto thought as he closed his eyes and began to think how he would do it.
Using the theories that Naruto has already stored in his brain, Naruto has started a test of possibilities in his mind.
'Test 1.' Naruto entered the Generic Fuinjutsu but was trapped inside the Fuinjutsu and couldn't come out unless someone else brought him out. Test one failed.'
'Test 2' Naruto created a personal seal with the kanji writing of [Strongest] [One] [Sword] into a kunai. Named 'The Strongest One's Sword'. He applied alarm seal to his kunai, incorporated the theory of the [Eight-Trigram Seal] so no one else could use the kunai forcefully other than himself, and the theory of the [General Fuinjutsu]. Naruto used it and was unable to teleport, failed.'
'Test 3… Failed.'
'Test 7… Failed.'
'Test 10… Failed.'
'Test 13… Failed.'
'Test 18… Failed.'
'Test 21… Failed.'
'Test 35… Failed.'
'Test 45… Failed.'
'Test 61… Success.'
Naruto slowly opened his eyes to find the sun has already set but smiled as he has succeeded in using the [Flying Thunder God Jutsu]
