Chapitre 45: No Next Case?

Johann turned his entire head at Ilyana, his eyes turned wide while he quickly reach out to his pocket as if to grab something. Finally finding an object that he need to show her, he passed by a pill to her hands. Ilyana blinked, staring at the pill that appeared to be a fever medicine. She knew it as Johann had claimed this to be the only medicine in the world that can heal fever in less than a day. He then looked at her with eyes of concern, "I do think that your work is very rough. Perhaps that is why you can't differentiate reality and hallucination anymore?" 

Ilyana grabbed to the pill, letting the fume of anger to wash over her before she threw the medicine pill across his face. "What do you mean that I'm hallucinating! I don't have a fever and nor am I crazy. I'm asking you a genuine question!" 

Lev who saw this couldn't help but smile only to met Ilyana's sharp eyes that warned him not to do the same thing as the dumb Johann had done.
