Chapitre 40: Master key
Inside the dinning hall
Arthur's clone remain flabbergasted at the reveal that Meng li knows that he is a clone.
Meanwhile feng li and Jiang li stare at him in astonishment.
The atmosphere turned awkward but the laughter maniac meng li soon recovered it with his thunderous laughter.
"Hahaha" he laughed and spoke" I didn't thought that you were keeping this as a secret master yang, please forgive my insolence " Meng li stood up and courteously bowed towards Arthur.
'This dude still thinks I am from the yang palace! '
"It's alright master Meng" he hurriedly caught Meng li's hand
"It was my fault for being so insolent as to use this clone to fool you" Arthur's words were flower laced but his thoughts were somewhere else.
'I am being too suspicious right now, the only reason he hasn't accused me of being a spy even after I send him my clone meanwhile my real self is nowhere to be found is because he thinks I am from the prestigious yang palace and doesn't want to offend me.
Do i have to play along with him and act as this mysterious yang palace young master? '
Arthur weighted his options but he still never showed his thoughts in his face.
"Haha master yang sure is a master of using clones, I could barely recognised it myself! " Meng li praised.
"you are overpraising me sir" Arthur politely replied but there was still something that he was curious about
"How did you figured it out that I was a clone? " he asked while secretly putting up his gaurd.
"I have a special talent master yang, it just felt like your clone didn't had quite the signature of a true person's soul" Meng li scratched his head in slight embarrassment "You see, I was born with a special talent as I was always sensitive towards heavenly qi. and your heavenly qi seemed a bit distorted.'
"Your talent surprised me master Meng" Arthur praised but mentally took a note that anyone with a good sensing talent can see through his clone in this cultivation world.
"Your talent regarding the clone is much more impressive then my meagre means young master yang. Truly deserving of the fame of Yang palace" Meng li honestly replied with no sense of flattery.
Seeing his reaction, Arthur thought
'I will still keep this mysterious young master persona and give slight hints that I am from the yang palace in hopes that they are deterred from searching about my background' he planned.
"Wow yang! I never knew you were such an amazing person! " Jiang li chipped in happily like a canary.
"Please shut up dear, he is not a person you may talk so casually! " feng li shouted.
Jiang li smile vanished and her eyes saddened at the scolding
"It's alright, she is my friend. " Arthur interrupted surprise by the sudden outburst of feng li.
"Please pardon my niece and nephew" Meng li immediately kowtowed again.
A headache was coming to Arthur as after spending some time with them, he could easily saw through their troublesome personality.
A hyperactive and naughty fiance, a very strict and order abiding young man and a playful clown with thunderous laughter who spends no thoughts before kowtowing to strangers.
A total contrast to what Arthur previously thought about them!
Not to forget they all were delusional who thinks that Arthur is from the yang palace when he never admitted anything!
"Please, let's just dine in peace" Arthur said in defeat.
"Sure! " Meng li smiled and laughed thunderously.
After the fine meal, with happy chitter chatter from the unusual family, All of them went to the garden for a bit of "stretching" as feng li implied. Dude was really a training fanatic or a gym bro in our earthly terms .
During the happy talk, Meng li suddenly bought up a topic to Arthur.
"May I please converse with the original? there is something that I must request of him! " and he immediately bowed again.
"Please, don't embarrass me like this" Arthur helped him stand up, feeling a bit helpless at his predicament.
"The original is away from city for some time" Arthur decided to divert the topic.
"Oh so he is going back to the yang palace..." and meng li made up his own story.
Arthur didn't replied.
"Please tell me when he returns back. " Meng li cusped his fist towards him.
"Sure" Arthur nodded his head. He didn't told him about how the memories of the clone will be regained by the original because why would he? that's stupid.
They chatted for a while and jiang li butt in like a cannery showing how close the nephew and niece were to their uncle. A nice and caring person towards his family.
The sun was going down and after a while the uncle decided to leave as he still had his duties to perform.
After saying goodbyes, the uncle still reminded Arthur to call him when his original returns! He left with his signature laughter.
'What a lively fellow' Arthur thought.
After the uncle left, Arthur and his company sat down in the garden, eating snacks and continuing their chatting.
Jiang li missed no chance to always ' subtly '
ask Arthur about the 'yang mansion' like when the butler brought the tea to them, she asked him
"What a fragrant smell, I do wonder is there a better smelling tea then this? please enlightened me master yang as you seem to have entered many prestigious places" she sneakily added but it wasn't sneaky at all as her intentions were crystal clear or maybe she wasn't intending to hide it
But of course, Feng li shouted at her angrily like the strict man he is.
Like this they spend their time together in peace and laughter, bonding stronger as friends.
After some time, they end their conversation and went back to their work.
Feng li went to train and jiang li tended her garden as for Arthur? he went back to his room.
In opposite to how peaceful the clone was feeling on the other hand, Arthur was going through a life and death situation in the kamui dimension.

Arthur woke up with heavy eyes, his head was still spinning and his mind in confusion.

Heeding it's advice, he laid on the cold surface for a while, slowly recovering his strength.
After 10 minutes, he stand up and watched his surrounding, the destruction of the battlefield were nowhere to be found. No melted ground, no thunderstorm and no destroyed chunks of earth.
It was as if the battle never occured in the first place.
Seeing his confusion, the system elaborated.

The system stated in excitement as party pooper shot out near Arthur and covered him up in sprinkles 🎉🎊

As Arthur gulped due to hunger and excitement but soon he was getting annoyed.
[The master key of this training space and dimension! ] the system announced in pompous air.
"The what? " Arthur was rightfully confused.

The system replied as all the grey blocks splitted in half and started floating in the air with a purple and blue energy coursing through them.
The monoliths also shone brightly as they open up and a shinning orb, the size of a baseball flew into Arthur's chest.
"What was that" he said in panic as he examined his body but oddly he didn't find nothing wrong.
[Stay patient my friend] the system replied mysteriously and soon Arthur got his answer.
His mind was teleported to a different space as some words and a screen appeared in front of him.
[Ruler of this space. Matter and rule bends to your will! ]
Then the panel rushed inside Arthur and followed by a mirage of informations.
He fainted again but this time, there was a glow of realization in his eyes after he woke up.
Arthur closed his eyes and felt one with the kamui dimension.
Slowly the sky turned blue as a star resembling the sun rise up from the horizon, the blocks started disappearing into the ground as lush green vegetation spring up to take it's place.
Tall pine trees of 50 meters and blades of grass as tall as a mango trees emerges along with the Hills, mountains valleys and the roaring ocean rushing in from the horizon where the sky and earth meets.
"Terraformation"
Arthur opened his eyes and wonder at the miracle unfolding in front of his eyes.
Speechless.
[This place follows your will as there is nothing impossible for you here] the system smirked.
"You mean.... " Arthur realized something and immediately stretch out both of his hands.
"Wood style: deep forest emergence! " A giant forest beaming with full of life energy expanded towards the sea with an unstoppable momentum!
"Wood style..... " Arthur whispered in disbelief.
[Yes wood style, you can perform any ninjutsu Or technique you want as long as you are in this space although you can't perform this outside of here. ] the system explained with a proud smile.
Arthur heart was thumping very fast in excitement as he immediately formed some hand seals and hit the ground.

The land was immediately covered in vast amounts of white clouds like smoke, signifying the success of the jutsu.
As an enormous figure, taller then the vast hills appeared amongst the smoke with its shinning red eyes along with it's swaying colossal nine tails.
"Kurama" Arthur smiled in amazement as the kyubi roared and shook the land and the ocean itself.
[Didn't you say how much of a liability was it to fight here, without phasing through? now tell me how you feel now!

"Really" Arthur replied in unbridled joy as his happiness shot through the roof.

"What? " Arthur asked as he thought he hadn't heard correctly.
[Of course or did you think the miniature star will power this thing forever? ] it stated as a matter of fact.

[The whole terraforming and creation of a dwarf star that you did right now, all of this is power by the miniature star so of course it's running out of time]
"WHAT!? "
[In fact, maintaining this environment and the dwarf star is taking most of the miniature star's energy away] the system explained nonchalantly but Arthur immediately started to change the surrounding back to how it was in a panic.
The ocean receded and the lush vegetation disappeared along with the star.
"Phew" he breath a sigh of relief
[The miniature star will now last for 6 more months as it no longer needs to maintain the previous ecosystem. ] the system informed Arthur.
"Why the fck didn't you inform me such a crucial detail so late! " Arthur lost his composure as he almost immediately exhausted his most precious resource.
[What!? you were the one who immediately change this place to your liking with so much confidence that i thought you already knew about it jerk! ] the system also clapped back and for the first time, Arthur knew he couldn't retaliate as he was in the wrong here.
"Fck " he cursed and laid down on the ground.
