As usual Allen wakes up in the morning and after that he begins to practice. As you can tell this already became his natural habit to practice everyday in the morning and after finishes practice he will go to the cafeteria for breakfast. 

So like any other day today he once again began to practice and as you know right now he is mostly focusing on the spiritual control technique. But that does not mean ignoring his other practice that his teacher told him. Well yesterday after their conversation Fiona once again told Allen to fight with her and after that she came to know how much stronger her students have become.
