Royce stayed at Katherine Chamber for the rest of the night, and they made love all night. Venus could feel the tender flesh of her intimate parts and her soreness. She completely took over Katherine's thoughts for today.

Her assigned maid braided her hair, and she wore the clothes of a commoner. When a couch arrived, it bore no seal, but I could see the royal guards as their covert security. She made sure that Clarissa heard about their plan to go to the market today. She was obsessed with Royce.

Royce kissed her when he saw her outfit. "You are so beautiful, even though you wear these clothes. I wanted to hide you in the tower so no man could admire you," he teased.

"That would be cruel, but you're a tyrant. It's very possible," I teased back.

"Am I a tyrant?" he asked, scowling.
