"What was that?" Veronica muttered, half skeptical about what she just witnessed.

To her, it seemed like Treon was slowly erased by the bolts of lightning that struck him hundreds of times. However, Veronica didn't know that such a vicious form of lightning existed.

Lilith looked at her and smiled. Half-jokingly, she said, "Now, it's your turn to bathe under that lightning barrage."

Veronica went stiff. She imagined herself in Treon's shoes and couldn't help but shiver in fear. "P-Please... anything but that."

"Of course I'm kidding." Lilith snickered. "If you got hit by that lightning, the Light of Causality, then you'd vanish in one hit with your current strength."

"Causality? You mean, the fabric of reality that protects order?"
