Chapitre 132: Making her jealous

The next morning…

Abigail returned to the office and attempted to concentrate on her work. Her racing thoughts turned to the event early this morning.

Christopher had been clingy and demanding. He had been acting like a child again, nagging her to help him in the bath.

Flashback…

"Can't you see my hand?" He held up his injured hand. "I cannot take a bath on my own. Do you not feel sorry for me?"

Despite knowing that it was his trick, she couldn't say no to him and went to help him take a bath. She filled the bathtub with warm water and added shower gel. She didn't see the smirk on his face.

Christopher got into the water, taking care not to soak his injured hand. When he noticed her turning to leave, he quickly grabbed her wrist and pulled her into the water.

Splash-Splash…

The water splashed all over as Abigail fell hard into the bathtub.
