He blinked.
Xiao Qiu blinked.
Xiao Yi shot back up and scurried off the bed, nearly falling over himself as his feet hit the cool ground. His hands shook slightly as he affirmed. "You're awake."
Not even thirty seconds later, he was being pushed out of the room as the resident doctor, a few nurses, and two policemen entered, likely hoping to get Xiao Qiu's statement from that night.
V stood next to him and sighed in relief. "He woke up just in time to reign you in."
Reign in…
Xiao Yi groaned and didn't grace V with a response as he walked through the hospital corridors once more with a noticeable bounce in his step.
Xiao Qiu was awake.

He'd have to explain his actions later on.
He hummed and entered the elevator with V following him.
Why not add to the damage before Xiao Qiu gets the detailed list of all the trouble he'd made, though?
The two swiftly headed to the apartment but took drastically different paths. V, likely the one who lost the most sleep through these few days, practically ran to his room and crash-landed on his bed without changing into pajamas.
Xiao Yi also sat on his bed, using the laptop that'd been placed on his nightstand to scroll through the trending topics. The public was indeed not stupid, they were like little detectives on their own and had practically confirmed that Xiao Yi was the little boy getting beaten up in the video, the little brother who slept on Q's stream, and Frost.
The little streamers' video from the other day wasn't solid evidence on its own, but as viewers combed through old footage they were able to pinpoint 3 images together.

Lastly, a clip from one of Mu Yichen's old streams had only a few viewers who weren't paying attention to the camera as Mu Yichen sneaked behind an enemy player. In the background, Xiao Yi could be seen leaning back in his chair for just a moment as he lifted his shirt and wiped at his neck.
It took nearly ten hours for viewers to connect the dots.
'Smart little detectives.'
He hummed as he scrolled through some of the comments.
[Frost = Sleeping God = Young Master… I'm conflicted.]
[No wonder he turned out to be scum with parents like those.]
[Although he was harmed, it doesn't make what he did right. He has loose morals but he's an adult now, is Xiao Qiu still standing beside him despite knowing his character?]

With lowered eyes, Xiao Yi looked through the photos saved on his cloud and began his work. His fingers fluttered over the keys without pause and three minutes later, a large text was posted with ten photos attached.
[X-Frost]: "I didn't scam my previous teammates, I didn't steal their money, I didn't knowingly cooperate with the company to abandon them, and I received no money by disbanding the team.
What I did do was knowingly deceive them and let them believe these things.
Before I go on, I'd like to state that I am knowingly breaking part of a contract and I will pay the fines… If the Xiao Group feels like having our home issues aired in another courtroom.
After our team won the world championship, the company was planning to sell off our contracts to the highest bidders overseas. With that, Xiao Yi cleared his name so his brother wouldn't have troubles in the future because of him whilst simultaneously breaking the esports circle.
