– Moments Earlier –
During the same time Kars and Stroheim were fighting in the city, Rodeo and Michelle can be seen wearing diving gear and were swimming down a drainage pipe that led them to the Hudson River, allowing them to remain undetected underwater.
Just moments earlier, they had received intel from a foundation UAV drone after escaping the bombardment in Jersey City. The drone had spotted a U-boat, a German submarine, in the Hudson River. Fearing it might be armed with missile weapons capable of shifting the battle's tide, they took action.
Despite their Stand features, they were still vulnerable to drowning, hence the diving gear and oxygen tanks.
Only Rodeo and Michelle embarked on this mission, leaving Evan, Robert, and Krieg with Foley and his men to defend against potential attacks as the enemy wouldn't expect an attack from just two individuals.
"I can't believe we have no immunity to drowning," Michelle said.
"Whoever gave us the helmets wanted to make sure we had some limitations, whoever the hell he might be," Rodeo muttered.
As the two continued swimming down the pipe, they encountered a metal grate blocking their path.
"Cut it."
Michelle nodded and activated her chainsword, cutting a hole through the grate and swam through it, exiting the drainage pipe and finding themselves in the Hudson River. Looking up, they saw Reich speed boats patrolling the river above them and continued onward.
"As long as they stay on the surface and we're underwater, we're good," Rodeo said, looking ahead. "Keep moving."
As two continue swimming down the river, they bring out a sonar detector which detects sonar beeps, which no doubt the U-boat will produce and allow them to track it, and judging by the beeps coming on the radar, it's straight ahead.
"We need to surface the U-boat by force, then use their own weapons to take out the Reich naval fleet occupying the river," Rodeo said. "After that, we'll grab a boat, bail out to New York, and call Foley for an airlift by helicopter. We'll figure out the next steps from there."
Michelle nodded. "Got it."
Just then, they heard sonar beeps, indicating they were getting close. Quickly, they hid behind a small rock on the riverbed and peeked out to see the U-boat. Though smaller than the Eva's Hammer, it was still the size of a destroyer and hovered right above them, stationary for the moment.
"Head for the back near the propellers before it moves again," Rodeo instructed.
He and Michelle swiftly maneuvered to the U-boat's rear, avoiding the propellers, and planted explosive charges before they quickly swam away.
"Now."
Michelle pressed the detonator, and the explosives went off, severely damaging the U-boat near the propellers and forcing it to surface partially.
"Perfect," Rodeo muttered as they swam to the surface and saw the top half of the U-boat exposed. A hatch opened, and a Reich soldier emerged, looking around.
"That's our way in," Michelle said.
As they begin climbing onto the U-boat, the Reich soldier spotted them, but Rodeo quickly took him out by blasting his head with his Jackal pistol, and they soon approached the open hatch.
"Ready?" Rodeo asked.
Michelle nodded. "Always."
With that, they jumped down the hatch and landed in a corridor.
"So which way is the control room?" Michelle asked.
Rodeo brought out a remote that scanned their surroundings until it projected a holographic display of the U-boat's interior through a small lens. It showed they were in section 1-A and that by going straight, taking two rights, and a left, they would reach the control room.
"Straight. Let's move."
Suddenly, alarm sirens started blaring around every section of the U-boat, meaning that the enemies knew they were there.
Michelle drew her chainsword. "I think they know we're here."
Rodeo pulled out his Casull and Jackal pistols. "Well, guns blazing it is, then."
They sprinted down the corridor towards the control room but soon encountered a group of Reich soldiers.
"OUT OF OUR WAY!"
Before the Reich soldiers could fire first, Rodeo pulled the trigger on his two guns and blasted all of them quickly, reducing the enemy soldiers to bloody pieces.
"Woah!" Michelle was startled.
"Ignore the dead ! Keep moving!" Rodeo shouted.
Leaving the dead soldiers behind, they ran up a staircase and took a right turn, only for a Laserhund to lunge at them, but Michelle swiftly swung her sword, slicing the robot in half and killing it.
Continuing onward, they took another right and encountered two Robot Soldats wielding MG60s, and the soldats immediately opened fire, forcing Rodeo and Michelle to take cover behind a wall as the soldats continued firing to make sure they didn't pass them.
"They're blocking us! Any options?" Michelle asked.
Rodeo quickly scanned their surroundings and noticed a vent on the ceiling above them.
"Take that vent and get behind them."
Michelle nodded and entered the vent while Rodeo kept firing at the soldats to keep their attention focused on him. As planned, the vent above the soldats opened, and Michelle dropped down and stabbed one soldat in the head with her Maykr spear. Before the other could react, she decapitated it with a swift swing of her sword, causing both to collapse.
"Rodeo. We're clear."
"Got it!"
They continued down the corridor of section 1-A, made a left turn, and saw a door shut tight at the end.
"That must be the control room," Michelle said.
"And they've locked it tight," Rodeo replied. "Let's get in there before the rest of the crew shows up."
As they approached the control room door, Michelle planted a C4 charge, and they took cover on either side of the door.
"Breach!" Rodeo shouted.
Michelle activated the detonator, and the C4 blew the door open. Rodeo stormed in, swiftly shooting five Reich soldiers in the head. Another soldier charged at him with a knife, but Michelle intercepted and stabbed him in the head with her spear.
With the enemy forces dispatched, they noticed the U-boat captain cowering behind a chair. He quickly drew a Luger pistol, but Rodeo, moving with incredible speed, kicked the weapon out of his hands, grabbed him, and pinned his head to the control console.
"The Führer will have you executed for this!" the captain spat.
At that moment, Rodeo and Michelle heard the sounds of Reich soldiers approaching from down the corridor. Michelle quickly sealed the door back to its original spot with the Maykr spear's laser to buy them some time.
"Activate the missiles on your sub and send them to the naval fleet!" Rodeo ordered the captain.
"NEIN!" the captain shouted defiantly.
To Michelle's shock, Rodeo ruthlessly blasted the captain's arm off with his Jackal pistol, causing him to scream in pain.
"Rodeo, what the hell?!"
Rodeo ignored her as he continued to speak, "Activate them, or I shoot the rest of your limbs off. NOW!"
Fearful for his life, the captain swallowed his pride and used the control console to activate the missiles, sending them towards the Reich naval fleet.
"There! It is don-"
Bang!
Before he could finish, Rodeo shot the captain in the head, killing him instantly. He then shot the control consoles, rendering them useless.
"Let's go," Rodeo said curtly.
Michelle, shocked and terrified, wanted to say something but knew they were still in enemy territory and needed to get out. So asking Rodeo would have to wait.
At that moment, they heard voices outside the sealed door and knew Reich soldiers were trying to break in. Spotting a ladder in the room, they climbed up and found a hatch near the ceiling. They opened it and emerged outside, standing on top of the partially surfaced U-boat.
"We'll need a boat," Rodeo said after closing the hatch.
A moment later, Michelle saw at least ten silo doors opening on both sides of the U-boat. Rodeo also spots a Reich speed boat on the water driving close to the U-boat.
"There! Let's go."
They quickly jumped onto the speedboat and kicked the Reich soldiers off it.
"Drive this thing!" Rodeo commanded.
Michelle started the engine, and they sped away from the U-boat just as missiles fired from its silos, hitting ten of the Reich naval fleet ships on the Hudson River. The explosions crippled the fleet, which consisted mainly of battle cruisers and destroyers.
"HELL YEAH!" Michelle shouted excitedly.
But Rodeo seemed to be happy just yet, as he noticed something behind them.
"We got incoming."
Michelle turned and saw five Reich speed boats chasing them with Reich soldiers aboard firing assault rifles.
"Head for the Hudson River docks!" Rodeo ordered, manning a gatling gun on their speedboat. "I'll take them out!"
Michelle nodded and steered towards the docks while Rodeo fired at the pursuing boats, determined to clear their path as they raced for safety.

During that same time the missiles hit the Reich naval fleet, Irene looked out the window and saw ten ships destroyed on the Hudson River and the U-boat was partially surface.
"OUR FLEET IS CRIPPLED?! FUCK! Our enemy will no doubt counterattack us and take the city back!"
"I'm back."
Irene turned to see Fu and Mohg who had their claws and weapons drenched in the blood of enemy soldiers.
"I see you have a problem," Mohg said.
"Yes! A big one! I need one of you to fix this!"
Fu smirked evilly. "Oh, I have a solution, but you better warn your forces to teleport out of the city, because... we're gonna flood it! And this won't give them a chance to even counterattack."
"How?!"
"SONIC JUICE! GET OVER HERE!"
At that moment, A blue humanoid alien emerged from a dark corner, revealing himself floating inside a creature made of water. He too, like Mr. Blackhole, was part of Fu's gang. Taller than Fu, he had orange slicked-back hair, blue eyes, and pointy ears, he wore a blue leotard and a pair of white circular cuffs around his wrists.
The creature of water he floated in was a twenty-foot-tall humanoid with giant yellow eyes.
This was Sonic Juice.

"You called me, Lord Fu?" Sonic Juice asked, his voice echoing as if underwater.
"You're a master of hydrokinesis right? Flood the entire city and drown our enemies with Hudson river water!" Fu commanded.
"Isn't that a bit... much?" Sonic Juice hesitated, uncomfortable with the order.
Unlike the other alien members in Fu's gang, Sonic Juice was the only one whonis hesitant and often questioned Fu's intentions. However, he couldn't defy Fu because of the threat to his home planet and people.
"Absolutely! Now jump off this flying fortress into the river and flood the fucking city now, or I'll pay your people a visit and show my definition of a bloodbath. You feel me, SJ?" Fu said menacingly.
"...Okay, it will be done," Sonic Juice reluctantly agreed.
Just then, a Reich soldier ran towards them.
"One of our men patrolling the river reported that a pink humanoid cat and some pink woman were driving along the river in a boat, being chased by our men. I have reason to believe they might be responsible for the fleet's state."
"Those two, huh? I should have known," Irene growled, recognizing the description and feeling a rising rage in her.
"Also, Sonic Juice, kill those two he mentioned as well," Fu ordered the water alien, who let out a sigh.
"Very well. I'll do both then."
He jumped off the Ausmerzer, landing in the Hudson River and beginning to manipulate the water with his hydrokinesis, preparing to flood the city while also targeting Rodeo and Michelle.

Rodeo and Michelle continued their frantic escape towards the docks on the speedboat, still being pursued by Reich speedboats. Rodeo was having a hard time to land precise shots as the boat bounced over the waves.
"Damn it! Keep the boat steady, Michelle!" Rodeo shouted as he missed another shot.
"We're being fired at! How do you ex—"
Suddenly, the Reich speedboats stopped chasing them. Before the two could understand, they turned around and drove away.
"Huh?" Michelle glanced back in confusion.
Ahead, she spotted a small wooden fishing dock, which was close to New York city. She maneuvered the speedboat to dock there and quickly disembarked.
"We made it," Rodeo said.
"But why did those guys stop chasing us?" Michelle wondered aloud.
At that moment, they saw Sonic Juice standing in the middle of the Hudson River.
"Sonic Juice?" Rodeo exclaimed.
The next instant, Sonic Juice's water form raised both hands, causing the river to surge and form a massive tidal wave heading directly towards them and the city.
"RUN!"
"TOO LATE!"
Before Rodeo and Michelle could act, the tidal wave crashed over them, flooding the streets inch by inch and sweeping Rodeo and Michelle away with its powerful current.

In the city square, MTF soldiers were fighting against the Reich and dark aether in an intense gunfight.
Being the special forces of the Foundation and their experience against armed militants and monsters, they were able to push the enemy back effectively.
However, their progress stalled when the enemies began retreating into dark aether portals that closed almost immediately.
"What the hell are they running for?" one MTF soldier asked.
"Maybe they're retreating," another suggested.
Suddenly, the MTF soldiers felt an ominous presence behind them. They turned around to see a massive flood of water rushing down the streets toward them and heading towards them at terrifying speed.
"Oh shi-"
Before they could react, the torrent struck like a freight train, engulfing them in its relentless surge and swallowing them in a powerful like a whale.
——————————————————
On the west side of the city, GOC soldiers were patrolling the streets of the Bronx with their armored division, while surrounded by the numerous corpses of Reich soldiers and dark aether forces they had easily dealt with.
"This whole area is clear of enemy forces," reported one GOC soldier.
"We've only suffered a few deaths and a dozen injuries. I'd say this is progress," another soldier added.
Suddenly, they halted their steps when they heard a strange noise.
"Hm?"
As the GOC soldiers turned around, they were met with a massive flood of water surging down the streets toward them.
"Holy fuck!"
The GOC soldiers, equipped with exo-suits, used their jump thrusters to leap high into the air and landed on building rooftops. However, the unlucky soldiers and the armor division below were swallowed by the flood, engulfing them in its relentless tide. The soldiers on the rooftops watched in horror as their comrades were swept away, struggling against the overwhelming force of the flood and drowned soon after.
"My god."

In the underground tunnel network of New York City, Dread Knight, Cyberdemon, and a few Blood Maykrs were searching for their fellow hell forces who had escaped from Vegas and hidden here.
"Hmm…"
Just then, they came to a halt when they discovered a vast circular area filled with abandoned subway train cars, covered in graffiti, a known hotspot for local artists.
"Anyone home?" Dread Knight called out.
From behind and inside the train cars emerged a host of hell dimension forces, which consisted of Imps, Cyber Mancubus, Flame Barons, Blood Maykrs, and surprisingly, a Doom Hunter. But this one Doom Hunter seemed very familiar to Dread Knight.
"We meet again, old friends," said the Doom Hunter.
Dread Knight recognized him immediately, and they exchanged fist bumps. This Doom Hunter was part of Doom Revenant's team but served as the brains of the group, thanks to the internet and other upgrades installed by Revenant.
"Glad to see you. How many did we get here?" Dread Knight asked.
"A good About sixty of us, including me. But it seems there's chaos on the surface."
"Yes, surprisingly so. But we have ships, so we can bail out of the city."
"Lead the way."
Dread Knight turned to the Cyberdemon, who was standing beside a nearby wall. With a nod, the Cyberdemon blasted a hole through the roof, allowing the hell forces to ascend. As they emerged onto an open street, they saw two Hunter-class hellships landing and opening their doors for them to enter.
"Finally, now we le—"
"I detect danger... water."
"What?"
True to Doom Hunter's words, they heard a sound, causing them to turn around to see a massive flood of water heading right towards them from down the streets.
"MOVE IT!"
In a panic, the hell forces scrambled into the hellships, which took off just as the water blooded the streets completely where they once stood.
Looking out the window at the flooded city, Dread Knight remarked, "Too close. How did a flood show up?"
"I believe someone who can master water manipulation is responsible, though it's only a guess," Doom Hunter replied.
Dread Knight sighed. "Oh well. Let's head back to West Virginia."
"Understood," an Immoran troop responded.
"Also, I've installed Netflix and other streaming services on our Immoran system to kill boredom if needed," Doom Hunter announced, causing the demons on board to cheer.
"WOOOOOOOOO! YEEEEEAAAAH BAAAAABBBBYYYY!!"
Dread Knight shook his head. "I'll never understand why you activated him, Revenant, when you found him at the Doom Hunter base," he said in a deadpan tone.
