Chapitre 311: Everyone has forgotten
Although he had thought that to himself, Derek's expression showed nothing, but his attention was diverted from the few people in the distance to Shane who had approached.
"He went off to help the others kill walkers, let's not talk about that, we need to get you out of this situation first!"
"Kill walkers?"
Before, she would definitely make a fuss, but this time she was silent. Airon didn't think much of it, but he saw that Shane was very strange to the one he knew before.

To tell the truth, Lori is a big problem that Airon nor anyone else should be responsible for since she shouldn't be here. At the thought of this one, Shane gave his last attempt for help on his friend's wife's situation, "How are you?"
Lori didn't speak, but shook her head slowly in place, then lowered her head, unaware of what she was suffering through.
Airon's cold eyes looked silently at all those people in front of him, he imagined many things and knew that this must be influenced from the original story for the group to run into the terminus. In short, Lori is the most potential problem of the group and sooner or later she will do more than one stupid thing.
And as if Airon had guessed it, Lori called out to Derek behind her in a low voice .
"You better let go of me before you get killed, do you think it's that easy to offend this group?"
Hearing this, Derek bowed his head slightly and said, "I don't think you understand your situation, if I hold you hostage they won't be able to do anything to us."
"You are a brainless idiot, although I am a hostage that may mean a lot to certain people, in that man's eyes I am just another person!"
Hearing this, Derek hesitated for a moment and raised his head to look at Airon, he didn't know if he was referring to that man with the long hair and grim face, or the bald man to the side.
After thinking about it, he asked Lori, "What do you mean?"
"As you know it, the man named Rick Grimes is my husband, he is the leader of a big shelter, but the man holding the gun in front of us is the leader who is even above my husband, everyone calls him Airon."
"And what the fuck does that mean?"
Lori raised her head slightly and looked at Airon, an imperceptible meaning shone in her eyes. "He is a ruthless and very vindictive man, as you can see around you he didn't leave anyone alive. I even heard that he went to Texas and wiped out many refuges just for murdering one of their members, hundreds even thousands died."
"What do you think he will order if you ever hurt me?"
"Will he kill us?"
"I think that should be the least of your worries, Airon is a cold man, he will definitely torture you before he kills you as he has done to many people."
"He is definitely a good leader even with those who shouldn't mean much in his eyes. If you propose to me as a trade with him I'm sure he will accept, that will completely guarantee your safety."
"Do you think I'm an idiot, why should he act as a hostage instead of you?"
"You don't know him. Airon is a good man who cares very much for the safety of his people. He often prefers to take risks himself rather than let others do it, so I'm sure he'll agree to it."
Derek's expression also became a little strange.
"Won't it be a big problem for your group if we decide to kill him? Ma'am, you are a vicious bitch and very much a daughter of a bitch. But your words please me, maybe that's our only way out."
"Stop wasting time, what's going on?" Shane asked from afar.
"Of course I will let her go, but I need to know they are willing to let us go. What will happen to my group if they are lying to us? They have to find a real reason to convince me..." Derek looked at Shane and smiled a little
Lori, who started to tremble, said, "I'm infected..."
"What?"
"I said I got bit by a fucking walker!"
"Where?"

When Derek heard this, he motioned for his companions to cover the front, and they quickly checked the left shoulder of the woman who was their hostage, and sure enough, they all saw some bite marks that had infected the skin at this point.
But their small actions made Shane a little uncomfortable and he shouted hurriedly.
"Don't do anything foolish in front of us, we need to see at all times that Lori's safety is assured!"
In just ten seconds, the two people in front of Lori walked away.

Derek took a few steps forward again, looked at the people here and said, "Due to an incredible turn of events, I need to speak to the person who is the great leader of your group."
"No need to look for anyone, I am the leader of all these people."
Looking at Airon who spoke, he believed even more in this woman's words. Thinking carefully about the ins and outs of the whole incident, it is not hard to think that this woman wanted to take advantage of this incident to somehow make the most of the time she has left alive.
This incident didn't do him any harm, if he wasn't leaving anyway, judging by the way this group of people rampaged through the terminus, they probably wouldn't let him go just as this woman said.
Derek finally whispered in Lori's ear.

"I still need another hostage temporarily!"

It seems that things are not simple, Airon immediately asked tentatively.
"Why change the hostages, didn't we agree to release that woman?"
Derek made a helpless expression, then said with a smile, "Don't worry, we only have to move a short distance away before releasing that hostage, but it's still night outside, so it's dangerous, so we can't take out a woman alone and with little survival skills, right?"

Just when the few people hadn't recovered, Airon, who had handed his weapons to Shane, whispered a few words into the microphone of his headset, then placed the radio on the ground and walked slowly towards Derek.
Derek was a little confused but still said, "Colton, watch him."
He chose the strongest of the five to control Airon. In his opinion, Colton, a 1.9 meter tall man, could easily control this person.
Seeing that the other party turned his back very cooperatively, he simply pushed Lori forward. Lori, who was out of danger, did not show a happy expression, but looked at Airon with an apologetic face, and the other party's face was full of comforting smiles.
Lori felt mixed emotions in her heart, apology, remorse, struggle, and various negative emotions surfaced. A line of tears welled up in her eyes. She quickly covered her face and ran into the crowd.
Shane immediately hugged her to give her some reassurance, seeing that she was emotionally unstable, he thought she was scared for the other party, so she could only look at Derek as she comforted him.
Half an hour later, Derek and the others sat in a van as they wished, and the few fire-drawn walkers outside the fences were quickly cleared by a large number of group members.
The van left the terminus and disappeared into the night shortly after.
Only there was something that only a few realized, Airon is not in danger with that group, but that group is in danger by being with Airon.
