Maggie's Pov

Raining classes ended pretty late today as I was being thought every other thing except shifting. In fact, none of the people around said anything about it. It was as if it never happened and for that, I was extremely grateful. I knew someone amongst my closest friends had warned them off though. Maybe Clara. That woman was something else. She was just like Scar in the lion��s king. Fucking goodness until now, I didn��t think about that. The woman was a fucking female king.

I got home in the evening and to my utter displeasure, there wasn't any sign of Julian. Although his bedroom?door was unlocked and his car was parked in the garage when I came, there wasn't any sign of him inside the house. I've been searching for almost five minutes but I still haven't seen him, and to make matters worse, his phone has been going to voicemail.
