Sage could feel the daggers flying from Koa’s eyes as she ate her dinner. She wasn’t sure what the b*tch’s problem was today. Sage was sitting alone. Nikolas had told her he was tired from their journey and was skipping dinner. While their trip had been exhausting, Sage remained hungry and made her way down to the dining hall.
She felt refreshed after visiting home and seeing her mother. Her mother always seemed to make her feel better, even if she didn’t know what the problem was. As she ate, Sage tried not to think about Helena’s dream although she knew it could mean anything. She couldn’t stop the words from bouncing around her head. She felt like she was missing some detrimental clue.
