Christina was bothered by what George said. 

Her mind was disturbed, and all she could think of was to be mindful of her actions. She kept on trying to prevent herself from searching for Luke. 

However, it was proven hard for Christina to keep her mind away from thinking about Luke, and her eyes also kept searching for him. 

Especially when she could hear the joyful laughter that came from Kiara inside the kitchen. 

'What's so funny? I don't think Luke could make a joke,' complained Christina in her mind. 

She kept on peeking inside the kitchen to see what Luke and Kiara were doing. 

"Are you curious? Should we go in and take a look?" asked George who suddenly appeared beside Christina. 

Christina glanced at George before focusing her attention on the thing that she was supposed to do. 

"I don't know what you are talking about," replied Christina with pretend calmness.
