Chapitre 55: Discreetly

Scott looked at Leila, and smiled, "Leila, someone needs to be there for Jasmine. I can't get out of the country as I'm under investigation, but you can," said Scott. 

Leila went silent and looked at Scott. They stared into each other's eyes with a complicated gaze. 

"Please Leila. Fly to Cratia and be there for Jasmine. Our daughter needs us," begged Scott.

Leila understood what Scott asked for. Of course, as a mother, she wanted to be there for Jasmine. But she was afraid if she went back to Cratia, she wouldn't be able to come back to Scott, the love of her life. 

"Don't worry, when things settle here, I'll fly there to get both of you and Jasmine," promised Scott. He gave a determined look to assure Leila that he wouldn't let go of her and their daughter. He would do everything he got to reunite with them.
