Chapitre 202: Challenge

Madam Caroline stayed quiet for a while, then she laughed. "Interesting. I underestimated you. Fine, I won't go after your life anymore. It's too easy a death for you. Let's see how long you last in my son's life before he throws you out with his own hands in one year." She threw a challenge.

"And if he doesn't?" Jeslyn asked.

"If he doesn't, then you win." 

"No, that's too unfair. If Maverick doesn't drive me out in a Year, I win. That means you'll have to sever all ties with them. If you are ever seen or heard calling my husband or brother-in-law your sons, you'll be sent to jail." 

"I like this. And if I win, you shall commit suicide." 

"I Agree," Jeslyn ready agreed because she was a thousand percent sure her husband won't throw her out. She turned and was about to leave when Madam Caroline called out.
