Her eyes remained widened and noticing the sword that was in her hand, she immediately dropped it and it gave a clashing sound to the floor.

She shook her head as the guard kept grabbing her and two other guards walked to where they were.

"I did not kill him!"

The guard who was dragging her smiled due to how unbelievable her words were. "Of course, you didn't. You slaughtered His Highness."

"I swear, I didn't. Someone did it!"

"Take her to His Majesty. You, call more of you to take His Highness' body and his head."

The guard who was grabbing her, angrily dragged her with him, his hand on her hair while Hazel had no choice but to grab onto her towel. What was this?!

All that was happening to her came in like a flood before a storm. Her whole body was shivering out of terror and pain.
