Nori had a hectic day at school, trying to catch up with everything she had missed during the days she spent with Karina in the hospital and at the house.

Karina had already spent three days at Veron's house, and she was recovering pretty well. Since she was able to do some things on her own, she advised Nori to go continue with her research.

She went to school that day, expecting a heavy workload, but thankfully, her partner was an understanding person. She had done most of the work alone, having heard about what happened to Karina.

After everything, Nori decided to go see her boyfriend, Victor, and that was where her entire day got ruined.

"You've been away for days, Nori, and your phone has not been reachable only for me to hear that you are staying at Veron's house. What is going on?" Victor questioned, glaring at her.

"What do you mean what is going on? Didn't you hear what happened to my sister?" Nori snapped back at him.
