Chapitre 14: Getting back
"Thank you so much for rescuing me!" Pricsia bowed deeply as I smiled,
"It's fine, don't worry about it too much" I replied looking at the cat woman.
She was the one who had raised the siblings when they were young it seemed like the three were hiding something but I didn't dive too deep into it.
Of course now that her seal had been removed she was free but only for so long as she would be captured by the Slave catchers if we were to leave her.
"Please if there is anything I can help with I will do so without a doubt" She spoke again bowing deeply as I glanced at the siblings who just smiled and shrugged, like it wasn't their problem.
"Hmm..alright then do you know how to cook?" I asked as she nodded vigrously.
"Good then you can cook for 'me'," I put forward my request which immeditely met with a protest from Arna.
"Hey! why are we not included?"
"I wonder why?" I replied with smirk as kelin wasn't too pleased with that either but kept his mouth shut.
Pfft~ Prisca controlled her laughter.
"It would be honour Sir Hero" she replied,
"I am going to go get cleaned up, don't kick up a ruckus while I am out" I spoke to them as Arna grumbled while Kelin nodded.
"You can rest up too, Jalis"
"Yes sir!"
I went to the nearby steam to wash up and change.

"Damm, that's good, " I muttered while eating under the glare of the siblings who were chewing away at the dried meat.
Prisca was smiling enjoying it as Jalis was currently holding the reigns as we enared back to Kalon and to the inn.
I put my mask on before we entered the city, and reached the inn to be greeted by Fredta who as it turned out was a good friend of Prisca and had started taking care of the siblings after Prisca had been enslaved.
"Leet's go in, we still have to check your condition. as for you guys lunch is on the table eat and wait I will get back soon. Jalis you can leave"
"Yes mistress" Jalis bowed and left.
I streched as I saw the siblings smiling now since their Nan was safe now.
I should break it to them now.
"So have you decided?" I asked as Kelin turned silent while Arna looked at me confused.
"About what?"
"About what Prisca would do now." I replied as Arna looked at both of us.
"She can come with us right?"
We both remained silent as Arna looked at us.
"Kelin please tell me you both are joking?"
"Arna we will be going to be fighting and we won't be able to protect her from beasts or slavers if we are caught in a situation" Kelin explained while Arna bit her lips.
"Have you talked to her about this?" she spoke after sometime.
Kelin nodded, "Yes, I did and she understood she will stay with Fredta while we are away"
She turned around and left,
"How long do you think she will take?" I asked as Kelin sighed.
"By evening she should be fine, though I will have Nan talk to her,"
"What about you?"
"I am fine, this needs to be done" He spoke as I just sighed
"take your time we will leave by tommorow noon." I replied walking inside,they will be able to sort it out.

It was the evening, when I was drinking at the counter when Prisca walked upto me.
"Can I have a word sir hero?" she spoke her voice was nervous.
"Sure," I shrugged as she remained standing as I turned on the stool.
"Um... please look after the two of them they can be naive at times!" She spoke as I raised an eyebrow.
I was thinking she might ask me to keep them away from danger or something.
"Sure I won't put them in a position they can't handle." I replied looking at Prisca.
"But answer me this, do you know the names of the slave catchers? Because clearly their boss cannot be so weak"
"I don't know my lord they refused to call each other in front of us, the only name I do remember was when a noble came to buy a slave, he called the leader Harkus, though I doubt that is his real name..." She spilled the info as I nodded.
I would have to take care of Harkus sooner or later as he was someone who had run into me with hostile intentions and I don't like lose ends no matter how useless they maybe.
