The dark blade carved through the air, leaving a trail of inky blackness as it sliced effortlessly through the fabric of space and the violet shield, meeting no resistance.

Its momentum halted only when it struck its target, and in an instant, a section of the creature's dark cloak disintegrated, erased by the sheer force of the blade.
