AT the same time Mob boss which was being held in chains while in great pain by the previous raseengan spoke in a voice full of hate to Artoria

[For those who dont know Raven Tail is a Big Dark Guild which was started by Markorovs Son for the Purpose of opposing Fairy Tail and it is a pretty Big Deal]
Mob Boss Started to laugh like a madman after saying this because he wanted to scare her because he saw how she hit his companions non-vital points.
He thought she was a naive merciful person like those normal guilds who would hand him to the authorities.
At that same instant Artorias steps stiffened so he thought he had successfully intimidated Artoria from his background
But that does not mean he is a fool who would start to boast in front of her although he can scare her a little but it was only for some negotiations he also knew in front him was S class wizard which was something that would be respected everywhere he or she went so angering her would not give him any good results it might even back fire on him.

Boss thought that any wizard would not take further actions if he was willing to apologise for his offense because of these actions he understands how the human mind works That's why he was able to become a mob boss in a raven guild with his meager magic power.
But to his bad luck he met Artoria Altar who doesn't give a damn about morals.
