Chapitre 132: Testing the new blood
After the little hiring process they went through, Asena needed to take a moment to properly recover. Frankly, everything had just happened so fast and she was a little shocked from what happened. It's not that she didn't understand Dahlia's reasoning or anything like that, but after years of dreaming to work at the castle and expecting to never actually achieve that, she was now suddenly achieving that dream so early in her life that she was at a bit of a loss.

AngelAsphodel I took a couple days off... I originally had hopes of doing daily uploads this month but then burn out hit me like a truck. I wrote today though and boy did I write. The short chapter isn't going to suggest that, but... I accidentally wrote 3900 words, so I split it into two chapters. Huh, maybe taking a break helped. Anyways, I want to uplode regularly, but I picked up a job recently (finally) so burnout might hit me more. I'll do my best to keep the pace up though!
