When they arrive at the flat, they head to the bedroom since Harry places his medicine on the end table. Harry sits on the bed in pain while Elizabeth takes out the medicine and tells Harold, "Just wait here while I go and fetch you some water to drink. Ellie, could you wait here and watch over your dad". Eleanor nodes her head while Harry sits in pain on the bed. Elizabeth returns with the water, hands it and the tablets over to Harry in order for him to take them. Harold tells Elizabeth, "Oh, what would I do if you weren't here to take care of me, Beth". Elizabeth thinks this to be a rhetoric or a trick question.
