3rd POV
Kuoh Town
Highways, Malls, a downtown and high rise hotels. These are all things Kouh Town has had recently built. This is place is so much bigger than a town. With all these added expansions it could qualify as a city. All of this was built quite quick almost supernaturally quick. Walking down the street leading to the recently Co-Ed Kouh Academy is 17 year old, new second year student is Ryuma Asakura. Ryuma is a Japanese boy raised in America who has just moved to Kouh because of his father's promotion.
'This town is weird. I mean how is 2 to 3 years of construction done in less than a month of construction including the house dad's boss had built for us when we moved here a couple weeks ago. When ever I asked mom or dad they just said the Gremory construction company is one of the best in the world and known to finish the job fast. I asked some other people around Kouh and they act like this town's always been this big. Something very strange is going on.' Ryuma thought on his way to Kouh academy.
'Life has always been boring for me. I have good grades and not to sound narcissistic but I'd like to think I'm good looking. Acing test, watching anime and going to the local dojo to learn how to fight. The world seems so boring, doing the same routine over and over again. It makes me wonder if anything else exist out there, is the supernatural real? I might have just discovered it right here in this town. Because there is now way all these buildings and attractions have been here all this time. Maybe someone used magic and hypnotized the masses during construction forcing them to think this is normal. Nah, that's probably me over thinking things again and wanting this world to be interesting. It would be so cool to have magic or find other races maybe even have epic battels with rivals trying to see whose stronger.' Ryuma thought and unknown to him his eyes turned to slits and glowed light blue for a moment before returning to its usual black color.

As Ryuma is lost in his thoughts he bumped into someone sending her to the ground. A sudden yelp breaks Ryuma from his thoughts and he cursed himself for not paying attention. He looks down to the person he knocked down to see the most breath taking woman he's ever scene in his life. Long crimson hair cascading down to her thighs along with a single ahoge sticking out, blue green eyes that one can loss themselves in by staring to long and quite the buxom figure.

'Oh my god I can see her panties a bit. NO stop mom did not raise a pervert but she's so pretty.' Ryuma thought.
He offered his hand to the beautiful girl. The girl in question saw him and grabbed his hand allowing her body to be gently pulled up. Seeing that she's standing he let go of her hand, and the girl starts patting down her clothes freeing it of any dirt. That's when Ryuma noticed the girl's clothes realizing its Kouh Academy uniform. The wind blew past her crimson hair making it wave around a bit.
"Beautiful." Ryuma said aloud.
The girl looked shocked but smiled at the complement.
"Thank you, you don't look to bad your self handsome." The girl winked at him and he blushed knowing he said his thoughts out loud.
"Ahem sorry for bumping into you, I was lost in thought. Hi um I'm Ryuma Asakura." Ryuma apologized and bowed in gretting.
"Oh It's fine nothing damaged. Hello Asakura-San, I am Rias Gremory pleasure to meet you. I see your wearing my schools uniform are you a new student?" Rias asked.
Scratching the back of his head Ryuma chuckled. "Yeah I am. I was thinking about my new school and making friends all over again when I bumped into you Gremory-San."
Rias laughed a little seeing Ryuma embarrassed but reassured him. "Like I said It's fine the important thing is no one was hurt. How about we walk to school together since were going to the same place?" Rias offered.
"I'd like that Gremory-San." Ryuma said.
Accepting Rias offer the two made there to Kouh academy together and started to talk to get to know each other better.
"Oh you came from America, Parden me but look Japanese's so I assumed you were from here." Rias said suprised.
"Haha Yeah I'm from America born and raised but I'm also Japanese. My father and mother came from Japan to America for better opportunities, but recently my father got a promotion at work that required him to come back so here we are. Luckily they taught me Japanese along with English so I'll fit just fine." Ryuma said.
"Wow good for your father. You see I'm from Northern Europe and moved to Kouh last year to also start school here with me now being a second year." Rias told him.
"Oh wow what are the odds, I'm a second year as well. Say would you happen to watch anime as well." Ryuma said but instantly regretted it.
'What beautiful girl would watch anime like me. Oh great there goes your first potential friend.' Ryuma thought.
Looking back at Rias he sees her face blossom into a smile. "I love anime. What have you watched, Sword Art Online or Magi maybe even Fate/Zero." Rias started to list off a bunch of anime or manga until she realized she's been muttering off. "Oh sorry about that Asakura-San it's just when I start talking about anime I get so excited and can talk about it for days." Rias blushed embarrassed.
"No no no, It's okay I'm actually really happy you love anime as much as I do because back in America I didn't have many friends as they either though anime was weird or jealous of my physical and academic skill." Ryuma said.
Tilting her head and putting a finger to her lips she ponders for a moment than asked. "Well we can't have that can we how would you like to be my friend Asakura-San and I'll introduce you to my other friends later?" Rias asked
Ryuma was shocked such a interesting girl would want to be friends with him. "Yes I'd like that and please seeing as were friends now call me Ryuma."
Pleased with his response Rias smiled. "Of course and please call me Rias, Ryuma."
Rias grabbed by the arm and started to run to school.
"Come on we have to go, You can't be late on your first day and the student council president doesn't like late students trust me I know her personally!" Rias exclaimed.
Thus the duo ran all the way to the Academy passing by several female students in shock and several male students wishing to that they were in Ryuma's shoes. Aside from the prince of Kouh usually there's never any boys that walk with one of the queens of Kouh. Ryuma and Rias pass by a group of three first year boys glaring at Ryuma in jealousy. They are known as the pervert trio. Leader of the group wearing the academy uniform unbuttned showing his black undershirt was Issei Hyoudou. Next to him was his friends Matsuda and Motohama.
"Dam bastard walking next Rias Gremory herself. I wish that was me!" Matsuda cried out.
"I know right. What's that dude have that we don't." Motohama said.
"Dudes forget walking next to Rias I want to hug her tits man. I bet its better than any pillow ever." Issei said.
The girls around them felt disgusted and moved away. "PERVERTS!" The girls yelled.
Rias lets go of Ryuma arm as the reached the front gates. Rias sees the student council president and vice president and brings Ryuma to them.
"Hello Rias always good to see you. Hello you must be the new student Asakura-San I am this academy's student council president Sona Shitori and this is my vice president Tsubaki Shinra." Sona introduced herself and Tsubaki.
"Its a pleasure." Tsubaki bowed and said stoically.
"Hello Shitori-San, Shinra-San nice to meet you as well." Ryuma bowed back.
Adjusting her glasses Sona continues her welcome speech. "Welcom to Kouh Academy one of Japan's finest institutions. I have you class schedule here along with a spare uniform and key to your shoe locker if follow Tsubaki here she will take you to your first period class I hope you a great first day Asakura-San." Sona said
"Ah yes well if everyone is as friendly as Rias her than I think I'll be just fine. Thank you for taking time at your schedule for welcoming me." Ryuma said.
"Oh Ryuma let me see your schedule for a moment?" Rias asked and he complied.
Rias looks at his schedule for a moment than smiles in victory before taking out a red highlighter, crossing several classes and handing back his schedule.
"We have a couple classes together including homeroom. We can continue are conversation later during lunch, I'll catch up to you after I talk to Sona here." Rias said excitedly.
Ryuma smiled and nodded back.
"Follow me Asakura-San." Tsubaki said and the duo heads into the building.
Sona looks a Rias in surprise. "Already on a first name basis Rias you work fast." Sona teased her
Rias blushed shaking her head. "Oh shush Sona It's not like that me Ryuma are just recent friends who bonded over the glory of anime." Rias said smugly about finding another lover of her favorite past time.
"Oh of course my mistake. You know were apart of the supernatural how do you find anime so interesting when you could do most of what they do in real life?" Sona asked.
"Oh just give it a chance and maybe you'll find a love for it too. Just because your sister ruined magical girl anime for you doesn't mean there aren't any other types." Rias said.
"Maybe later. On a serious note did you sense it too, in Asakura?" Sona asked seriously.
Rias gaining a serious look on her face. "Yes I noticed it when we arrived at the front gate. There's a weird aura around him. His body is also quite strong for a human. He definitely has a sacred gear within him."
"I felt it as well. So since you quick friendship with him can I assume you want him in your peerage?" Sona asked Rias.
"Yes I do, his gear feels quite powerful but more than that he seems like a good person. Anyone who loves anime as much as I do has to be great! I'll get to know him more before making any big decision though." Rias told Sona seriously.
Sona nodded but sighed. "If he doesn't pass your standards you can always let me offer him a spot in my peerage." Sona offered.
"No way, I won't give him up or trade him like some type of playing card he's my friend now and I can't wait know more. Besides you already claimed Issei when we sensed he has a sacred gear. I already have Akeno no more perverts needed." Rias exclaimed.
"Your right Rias, Hopefully before next year I can change his ways or at least add more people to my peerage before him." Sona said.
Both Devils walk inside the academy to continue on the day wondering about the future.
Back to Ryuma who finished introducing himself to the class and dealing with squealing highschool girls he makes his way to his seat focusing on todays lesson.
Within Ryuma soul there was a light blue mindscape with blue burning fire around a massive white dragon. The dragon who was asleep opened one eye.
[Soon] the dragon said.
