Chapitre 117:  Guard duty 

"Sweet," Frank said as he exited the alley.

He had a sly smile on his face.

He had a bag of coins in one hand and a medium-sized blade in the other.

It was of surprising high quality, though it couldn't compete with the daggers he'd pawned off to the old man.

He could say that he had not made a loss after staying at that inn; in fact, he had made quite a few gains.

Behind him were two men hung upside down on two opposite buildings; they had been beaten to a pulp, as their eyes were bulging and bruises appeared all over their bodies.

The worst part was that they were stripped naked and robbed of everything they owned.

"Applying for guard duty mission," a young man sat across from an older guard inside a guard house in the city of blades.

This young man was frank.

"Hmm, faceless mercenary company service for how long?" The old guard asked frank

"Hmm, two weeks probably," frank who had the faceless mask on said to the old guard.
