Chapitre 165: The codex of valor.

In a small temple the codex of valor was exposed on top of a piece of furniture just like the other codex.

The place was surrounded by trees, and it looked like an abandoned place where nobody went for a long time... There was dust and cobwebs all over the place.

Marcus was the first to try the inheritance. However, he was not accepted. This was strange since he was the heir of Wukong, the former holder of the codex.

He was rejected outright, as soon as he touched the codex he didn't even have a proof, he was just rejected. 

Marcus found it a bit strange, but he didn't feel bad, it just meant he wasn't the right one, not that he was weak or couldn't become strong.

So it was Viktor who tried after him. And he was able to meet the test that Wukong left behind.

The test consisted first of hitting a huge mountain and breaking it. You could hit it as many times as you wanted, but the mountain was really hard and difficult to break even for Viktor.
