A man dies and gets the unique opportunity to be reborn as anything he wants, he chooses to be reborn as Goliath, from the tv show Gargoyles, along with getting reborn he gets four wishes to make his life more enjoyable.

This is just my opinion The only time a monster needs a human form is when they are not even remotely humanoid for example a dragon and even then it would be better if that human form was a mix of a dragon and human
