Chapitre 314: Hand in marriage

The bright rays of the warm morning sun flittered in through the blowing curtains on the window, casting it's lights on her beautiful sleeping face.

Eadlin who'd had a hard time sleeping last night scrunched up her face, as she slowly opened her stiff eyes, her sleep which she had just gotten not less than a few hours ago completely vanishing due to the harsh sunlight.

Opening her eyes, she stared blankly at the ceiling, before she sat up with a sigh.

She hadn't been able to sleep all night because her mind still continued to drift back to her confrontation with Henry the night before.

Though she had answered back to him, the anger in his eyes and the way he had spoken to her hurt her deeply, she couldn't help but cry into the night thereby losing a significant amount of sleep. Who was he to her for him to speak to her with such tone? Eadlin thought as she reluctantly pushed herself up the mattress.
