And as Hamon had said, Merek was kept hostage in the crown Prince's residence. Merek spent his time studying the Prince, who was always followed by a blonde haired young man, Oliver. The fact that Hamon was brutal and intelligent was an understatement. He was a man of towering charisma.

As time went by, Merek knew his days on earth was numbered, the crown Prince could kill him at anytime, but he didn't feel sorry for himself nor regret killing the people he'd killed. He just waited until Hamon would decide to kill him.

However, Hamon still didn't kill him after weeks, and instead came to pay him a visit at the darkroom one night. The Prince causally sat on a stone inside the darkroom opposite Merek, he then asked nonchalantly,

_enjoying your time in the darkroom?

_When do you plan to kill me?
