The principal, with her probability control, focused her mind and concentrated on the weapon in her hand. The large needle began to glow and hum with energy, as though it was charged with some invisible force. Then, in a single swift motion, the principal sent the needle flying across the destroyed corridor, towards Mophran.

Of course, seeing the needle flying towards him with a dangerous and terrifying speed, Mophran dodged the attack. However, before he could realize what was happening, he felt a sharp piercing pain on his chest.

With a shocked expression, Mophran looked down only to see that the needle had cleanly passed through his chest, narrowly missing his heart.

‘… How?! Given my speed, agility, and reaction time, I clearly evaded that attack!! So How?!’ Mophran thoughtfully asked himself, as blood gushed down the hole on his chest.
