Chapitre 14: Morgan Brody x CSI!Reader
"Damn it, why aren't you obeying the laws of physics!?" Morgan angrily told a piece of evidence. "What's up?" You asked as you entered the layout room. "This is floating."
"Is it not supposed to?"
"NO. This is drug is supposed to turn blue."
"Maybe its made to look like the drug?" You floated the idea. "Did you run any other tests than a colour test?"
"No."
"How did you become a CSI again?" You asked jokingly. Morgan scowled at you. "So, what are you doing tonight?" She looked up at you, blonde hair falling in her face. "Why?" You shrugged. "Because I want to hang out?" You answered posing it as more of a question. "Why?" She asked once again. "I'm trying to ask you out. That's why." You answered before leaving. Morgan stood staring at the place you had vacated, until Sara walked in. "Is your evidence supposed to do that?" Morgan glanced back at her evidence and shrugged.
A few hours later at the end of shift, Morgan watched as you packed your messenger bag and left the locker room with a 'bye' to Sara and Greg. "You know it took her weeks to even gather up the courage to ask you out, right?" Greg told the blonde CSI. Morgan shook her head. "Yeah, I mean it was hard to get her to admit her feelings for you." Sara followed up. Morgan sighed, "How do I fix this, then?"
"Figure out your feelings first, apologise second." Sara told her, before leaving. Morgan sighed. She stood grabbed her bags and left the building heading to her car to drive to yours. Once she arrived, she hesitated before knocking on the door. You answered, Morgan could hear the strains of a movie playing in the background. "I'm sorry, I was just so shocked that you asked me out that I didn't know how to answer you. Plus, I thought you had a thing for Sara." You shrugged. "Sara's not really my type." She smiled at you. "Do want to come in and finish this movie with me? It doesn't have to be a date."
"When did I say no?" She said teasingly and walked in swaying her hips. You smirked and shut the door behind the blonde who had your heart.
