Irene had told him that whenever Fleur mastered this new magic of hers, she would come back a different person, but he did not think she would grow this strong. With the presence of mana inside his body came the perception to sense mana, and though he had a ways to go before he could gauge a person's strength accurately with this method, Rune could easily sense the massive reservoirs present inside Fleur's body.
