Chapter 133 Chasing Mira

"Mira! You can't go far and you know it. I am gonna get you. I can literally smell you around. I am gonna get you Mira!" Hermes laughed maniacally using his vampire speed to continue to trace her.

Mira already knew that in no distant time, she would be caught. Hermes was very fast and she was not -- she was just a mere human wearing a bogus wedding gown which she wished she would just get rid of.

Mira's heart raced as she bolted through the dense forest, her long white wedding gown snagging on every branch and thorn that dared cross her path. She could feel her breath coming in ragged gasps, and her legs were screaming in protest, begging for a moment's rest. But there was no time to stop, not when she knew that her life was on the line.
